Surveyors are split over this "typical convention hotel" in central Dallas: some love the new "Tower Royale – a hotel within a hotel" that offers upscale amenities including a club level floor, rooms with feather beds and 32-inch flat-panel TVs, and a dedicated concierge, but others are brought down by "mediocre service" and "so-so" food, deeming it a "monstrously large", "low-end" conference property.

I liked the elegance of the hotel. The rooms were very clean.
The hotel did not have adequate parking. I was advised to park across the street. I got a boot
on my car and it cost me 104.00 dollars!

It was quiet.
There were no wash clothes and only 2 towels in the room. They also automatically bill you for water. Pay attention to your bill when you checkout.

The restaurant is awsome, the food is high end and the price is more than fair of all the hotels restaurants I have dined in the is the very best.
Having to pay $15 a day to park in the hotel garage is not right, as a guest I should not have to pay anything.
It is well placed and convenient to the train so you can move around without using your car. The hotel has a modern and retro mix, staff is very polite and helpful, the room was very nice and comfortable and is all non-smoking hotel. If you want to go green you have the option to skip housekeeping service and receive a $5 coupon to use any where in the hotel, nice option I do recommend the hotel. We will stay again! ...read more

I've stayed at this hotel several times. This was the first time using Priceline. We got a great price, parking was expensive and the room was the smallest I've had and the closest to the elevator.

I have stayed in hundreds of hotels, this particular Sheraton had the most comfortable mattress I have ever sleep on!
It took the unit a few minutes before cooling off the room.
This hotel was very clean, staff very helpful and informative.
